Consumer Centres is a Montreal-based developer that specializes in the acquisition, leasing, management, and development of commercial real estate. We distinguish ourselves from other landlords and competitors by nurturing relationships with not only tenants but consumers as well. 

 

Consumer Centres strives to ensure that all consumers that visit our centers experience an unparalleled shopping experience and are properly serviced by both our tenants and our personnel on site. To achieve this, we offer an array of different incentives to our tenants and employ various marketing strategies on their behalf to help them guarantee consumer satisfaction, ultimately benefiting our tenants as well. 

 

Indeed, we view this industry as triangular in nature in that our consumers’ happiness ensures our tenants’ successes, which in turn allows us to grow. Our mission, which is derived from this type of thinking, is to see ourselves prosper alongside our tenants and to approach every problem from a holistic and cooperative perspective, which means that we either succeed with our tenants, or together we fail. Furthermore, at Consumer Centres, we strive to build relationships with all stakeholders that collaborate with us and that are essential to our success. We focus on acquiring well-located under performing and mismanaged commercial assets, notably retail, office and industrial, and then repositioning and converting such assets through innovative leasing techniques, various marketing strategies and time efficient renovations to stimulate the properties’ foot and vehicle traffic and to better service a communities’ specific needs.

LEASING

 

Consumer Centres’ leasing model is what sets us apart from other Landlords. We offer various inducements and employ a multitude of marketing strategies to incentivize consumers to visit the stores of our tenants.

 

At the same time, we ensure that our properties are properly managed and maintained to enhance the consumer’s shopping experience, facilitate the sales process, and preserve the reputation of the property and its tenants We focus on leasing spaces to uses that can adapt to a constantly evolving reality and that can sustain, and even benefit from, the shift to e-commerce.

MANAGEMENT

 

We ensure that all our properties are managed and maintained to the highest level by a roster of experienced property managers and suppliers.

DEVELOPMENT

Consumer Centres looks to acquire commercial assets with strong development potential that can be realized by exploiting untapped zoning opportunities through collaborations with municipalities and governmental agencies.

 

Our projects are well thought-out from conception to delivery and are suited to a rapidly evolving market.
